The Summer Street Suites
Arlington ,MA
Boston Building Contractors provided all building and management of this three-story, mixed-use apartment complex. This project required special permitting and detailed 3D modeling to ensure accuracy with the specified plans. The building foundation is stabilized on a series of rammed earth geopiers, alleviating the financial burden caused by mass exporting problem soils. Experience as a builder allowed us to design and build the cantilever balconies and a custom subterranean drainage system keeping all stormwater on site.
Nashville Apartment and Pool Construction

We were chosen to provide our design services in creating an in-law accessory apartment and pool for our clients family in West Nashville, TN. We designed the addition to meet all applicable codes as well as meet the design criteria of our client. We assisted in creating the pool design as well as selecting subcontractors.
Forevermore Coffee & Goods
Nashville, TN
We provided design-build services for a retail clothing boutique and coffee shop in East Nashville, TN. We assisted Forevermore Goods with interior design, and the design-build of all the millwork and metal components of the shop.
Monkees of Music City
Brentwood, TN
We provided our interior design services for this retail tenant fitout. Our millwork division also provided custom shoe shelves and cash wraps to fit the client's needs. Our sign division designed, built, and installed their new marquee illuminated sign. We were able to provide a very quick project turnaround.
The Exchange Running Collective
Nashville, TN
Our millwork division built and installed all the custom displays, tables, drawers, peg boards, cubbies, bleachers, metal rails and cabinetry.
Brentwood Addition and Renovation
Brentwood, TN
We provided all interior and architectural design for a complete remodel and addition of an existing home for our client. The addition included a 400 SF garage with master bedroom above as well as a new covered outdoor living area.
